Children and youth are integral to the Kingdom of God and at Faith Presbyterian Church. We seek to live out the call of the scriptures to welcome the little children, teach them the stories, and show them the love of Christ in everything we do. We aim to assist families in laying a spiritual foundation that will, in God’s timing, lead every child into a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
Children and youth Ministry serve children from birth to 12th grade and their families, through age appropriate small groups. To help meet the needs we split into four groups: FAITHlets: Birth to 4 years old, Children: 4 years old to 4th grade, Tweens: 5th – 7th grades, Youth 8th-12th. In everything we do, we strive to create an atmosphere filled with creativity and fun in the presence of God. We hope you and your children leave all activities filled with the love of God, knowing that everyone is a precious child bearing the image of God. Our greatest hope is that each child will discover the greatest gift possible — a real, personal and constant relationship with Jesus Christ.

Nursery (birth-4 Years) – Faithlets
Our Youngest members- FAITHLets- we seek to provide a place where these children are able to feel God’s love in every person they meet. Nursery care is provided for birth to age 4 during church programs. Our toddlers are invited to their very own Sunday school class, where they hear the stories of Faith, and begin to learn the language of faith. More on Faithlets
Children (4 Years Old – 4th Grade)
As children begin Pre-K, we recognize the need for more formal educational opportunities that excite, engage, and encourage kids to ask questions and seek a spiritual relationship with Jesus. Everything we do seeks to share the love of Christ and our sacred stories of faith with these children. More on Children
The Mission of Faith Presbyterian Day School (FPDS) is to offer a developmentally appropriate educational experience for toddlers and early childhood aged children in a loving Christian atmosphere. More on Day School
Vacation Bible School
Every Summer Faith hosts a VBS for children ages 3 years old through 6th grade. VBS is four nights of Bible, games, music, snacks, activities, and making new friends. Children will travel from station to station in small groups for each of the different activities. The Sunday following VBS all children are invited to participate in worship and to join us for a celebration lunch! More on VBS
Stay posted for the dates and theme. The details will be posted as they become available.
Volunteers (VBS – Sunday School)
Children’s ministry is not possible with out the support of volunteers! If you are able and willing to share your gifts with the children of the church, there is a place for you. Commitments range from a one-time event, to monthly and yearlong.
If you have any comments or questions about these ministries, or would like to volunteer in one of them, please contact the associate pastor for children and youth ministry at email@example.com .
Tweens (5th-7th Grade) – GOD SQUAD
Children in 5th-7th grade are ready for something a more. They are not quite children but also not quite youth! The God Squad seeks to provide these tweens what they need to continue to grow in faith. We dive deeper in our studies and ask how we can apply what we have learned to our life, in order to help them claim their faith and become followers of Jesus Christ. More on Tweens
Youth of Faith (8th-12th Grade)
Youth of FAITH is designed for students in grades 8-12. As youth begin to navigate life more and more on their own, we offer them a place to come just as they are. We offer them a place to come and be challenged. We offer them a place to come and grow in Faith. In Youth, we seek to live out our commitment to follow Christ in all we do. More on Youth
