My Jesus I Love Thee
My Jesus I love Thee I know Thou art mine

For Thee all the follies of sin I resign

My gracious Redeemer my Savior art Thou

If ever I loved Thee my Jesus ’tis now
My Jesus ‘tis now
I love Thee because Thou hast first loved me

And purchased my pardon on Calvary’s tree

I love Thee for wearing the thorns on Thy brow

If ever I loved Thee my Jesus ’tis now
My Jesus ‘tis now
In mansions of glory and endless delight I’ll ever adore

Thee in heaven so bright I’ll sing with the glittering crown on my brow

If ever I loved Thee my Jesus ’tis now
My Jesus ‘tis now
My Jesus ‘tis now

Do You Love Me
When I call your name
Will you answer me?
Will you leave your life
Just to follow me?
Will you feed my lambs?
Will you feed my sheep?
Where you don’t want to go,
Will you follow me?
Follow me
Do you love me?
Do you love me?
When I call Your name,
Will you answer me?
Will you leave your life,
Just to follow me?
Follow me
Do you love me?
Do you love me?
Do you love me?
Do you love me?

Prayer of Confession
Almighty and merciful God, we have erred and strayed from your ways like lost sheep. We have followed too much the devices and desires of our own hearts. We have offended against your holy laws. We have left undone those things which we ought to have done; and we have done those things which we ought not to have done. O Lord, have mercy upon us. Forgive those who confess their faults. Restore those who are penitent, according to your promises declared to the world in Christ Jesus our Lord. And grant, O merciful God, for his sake, that we may live a holy, just and humble life to the glory of your holy name. Amen.

Sermon Loving Jesus in the New Reality The Rev. Stuart Pickell MD

*Affirmation of Faith
The Apostle’s Creed
I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord;
who was conceived by the Holy Ghost,
born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, dead, and buried; he descended into hell;
the third day he rose again from the dead;
he ascended into heaven,
and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty;
from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Ghost,
the holy catholic church;
the communion of saints;
the forgiveness of sins;
the resurrection of the body;
and the life everlasting. Amen.
Prayers of the People and the Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom
come, thy will be done, on earth
as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we
forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the
power, and the glory, forever.
Amen.
